Pre
– Departure Guidance
As soon as students receive their visas, candidates prepare to fly abroad to the country of their choice to continue their studies. Our pre-departure event (Zindagi naa Milegi dobara) is a very useful session for students as it provides them with all the information they need to make life abroad relatively easy easy.
The pre-departure event is organized for students with an embassy-approved study visa and an authenticated passport. Our events give students a good idea of where to start the planning process for their highly anticipated trip.
Pre-departure events provide an overview of what to expect in the study abroad country. These are the things that can make moving and settling in a new country comfortable and enjoyable.

Pre-departure Guide for Students
Before each promotion, Wise Experts will hold a pre-departure orientation for students who want to travel to their respective countries. This is a great opportunity for students to connect with other students who have chosen the same country, university and course. We are here to provide our students with an A to Z guide about the country (the country they are going to), culture, dos and don'ts that students must strictly follow, etc.
This information will help students prepare mentally and physically for the new opportunities that await them at their respective universities and in the country they travel to.
The Pre-Departure guidelines include the following
- Shopping List
- Travel Documents Required for Student Visa
- Navigating Through the Airport at Your Arrival Destination
- Airport Pickup
- Accommodation
- Transportation and Driving License
- Mobile Phone and Internet
- Opening a Bank Account
- Health Insurance
- Legal Assistance for Work Permit and Permanent Residence Permit
- Contacts of our students in the country they are travelling.
- Also we give their contacts to our representative in that country.
